Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping is always FREE with all U.S. orders.  Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses (no PO boxes) within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for expedited delivery service. All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If a backorder or shipping delay takes place, we will notify you via email or telephone.  Shipping times may vary depending on your location, inclement weather, weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation and given tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Damage, Return & Refund Policy

Here at Botanic Balance LLC, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Upon receipt of your order, please check carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt by emailing us (with photos) at support@botanic-balance.com.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Any returned product(s) must be unused, unopened (seal intact) and not damaged. Please submit this request to support@botanic-balance.com and send product to:
